Requirements:
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong sense of professionalism
- A valid Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Must be available to work varied hours/days and holidays
- Ability to pass a criminal background check & pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to multi-task

Medical Receptionist Job Duties:
- Handles member calls and effectively manages schedule
- Handles all permanent and schedule changes for all direct care aides
- Adheres to and supports the mission, purpose, philosophy, objectives, policies, and procedures of the practice.
- Run weekly insurances to make sure all members are active
- Handle calls regarding member concerns and/or questions
- Handles all calls for direct care aides in regards to concerns and/or questions
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as directed by management
- Protect member rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures along with reporting necessary changes
- Make sure direct care aides are being time managed properly
- Handle receiving on the job injury reports and reporting the information to the appropriate staff
