Hours: Full time
Winter Hours (November to April): Monday - Friday; 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Summer Hours (April to November): Monday - Thursday; 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

This is skilled work in the maintenance, repair, alteration and construction of buildings and equipment. Performs general maintenance and repair work and performs preventative maintenance to keep systems and equipment in good working order.
Duties involves operating a variety of equipment, vehicles, and tools in a proper and safe manner in order to complete general grounds work including lawn mowing, trimming, snow removal, etc. at all County Engineering locations.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school or equivalent with six months of experience in general maintenance and repair activities in any one or more of the following disciplines: carpentry, plumbing, masonry, painting, electrical repair or related craft area; or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the desirable knowledge, abilities and skills.
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to be insured by the County's insurance carrier.
