Valet Attendant - Hard Rock, Atlantic City

Seeking valet drivers for high-volume valet at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Duties:

• Extend a genuinely friendly welcome to arriving guests
• Carefully and efficiently park, secure, and retrieve vehicles
• Respond helpfully to guest questions about the property, getting around and nearby happenings
• Graciously assist guests with issues arising out of the parking experience
• Provide excellent customer service
• Be a team player

Qualifications:

• Prior customer service experience helpful
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• You must have an e xcellent driving record, verified by a motor vehicle report
• Drive both manual and automatic vehicles
• be good with numbers
• be 18 years of age or older
• have a clean criminal background
• be available weekends/holidays
• The position requires continuous movement, full mobility, lifting up to 35 pounds, twisting and bending.
