Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance Mechanic Job Description As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing preventative and predictive maintenance on molding equipment, ensuring its optimal functionality. You will also troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise with the equipment, utilizing your expertise in PLCs, particularly Allen Bradley systems. Responsibilities Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance on molding equipment. Troubleshoot and repair molding equipment. Utilize PLC systems, specifically Allen Bradley, for equipment troubleshooting. Perform electrical and mechanical repairs as needed. Diagnose and resolve issues with 3-phase motors. Essential Skills Troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems. Experience as a maintenance technician. Proficiency in PLC systems, particularly Allen Bradley. Ability to repair and maintain molding equipment. Expertise in electrical troubleshooting and repair. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with preventive maintenance procedures.
