Through our masa program we make all of our tortillas in-house and offer a regularly changing seasonal menu of dishes with the best ingredients from local farmers, ranchers and fishermen. JOB DESCRIPTION
Casa Susanna at Camptown and Bar Piscina are looking for a talented, passionate and kind Bartender
Casa Susanna is an award winning modern Mexican restaurant that is a part of, Camptown Hotel.

Job Functions
Interact and provide food and drinks for guests in the restaurant/Bar
Attend daily huddle-up and take proper notes of any changes, specials, etc.
Set up and breakdown of the Bar
Keep the Bar clean and in order at all times.
Confirm all bar production needs.
Make sure all side work and checklists are completed and signed off on.
Carefully take and place orders in the POS system.
Ensure all payment methods are processed accurately.
Process your check-out and ensure your money is accounted for and properly handed to the manager on duty.
Responsibilities
Able to stand for at least an 8 hour shift.
Punctuality: adhere to posted schedule and arrival times.
Adhere to all service points and lines of communication.
Adhere to company uniform, hygiene and grooming standards.
Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, ingredients and allergies.
Attend all mandatory training and meetings.
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times, even during stressful situations.
Maintain a clean and organized work space.
COMPENSATION
this position is: hourly, $15.50 - 20/hr
