This is a steady, consistent position with the same location and routine every night. The shift starts at midnight and we usually finish in about 3-4 hours. Pay starts at 70$/shift, and pay is bi-weekly by check. This is an overnight position that is consistent and is steady work all year long. We have overnight work available 7 days a week. Responsibilities include: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming (backpack vacuum (, taking out the garbage, bathroom cleaning (toilet, urinal, sink, mirror, walls, and replacing toiletries). We are looking for someone who arrives to work early or on time (callouts not tolerated), is a team player with a good work ethic, has a good eye for detail, janitorial experience is preferred but willing to train the right person. The facility is located in Beech Hill, Yonkers. It is close to the McDonalds on Central Park Ave. Please make sure you can commute to this area.
