** Practice Overview**

Join a startup concierge pediatric practice with a collaborative team including a psychologist, behavioral health team, nutritionist, and parent coach

Patient panel capped at 250 families or 500 patients to allow for personalized care

Full support staff to manage scheduling, patient communication, and backend operations

** Flexible Schedule**

Expect a balanced outpatient schedule with no hospital rounding

Low-volume, high-touch patient model

Access to a digital app for easy communication and information sharing with families

Minimal call burden, with telehealth options integrated for after-hours support

** Compensation & Benefits**

Guaranteed base salary of $190,000-$225,000
