Yard Cleanup and Maintenance Worker

un Yard Cleanup and Maintenance Worker (Desert Hot Springs) Palm Drive near 5th compensation: $25 an hour via Zelle with photos provided (see above) Yard Cleanup and Maintenance Worker in Desert Hot Springs 1 Day of work every Wednesday I am a Property Manager and would like to engage a Yard Cleanup and Maintenance Worker (aka Independent Contractor) to assist me in various Residential Rental units. The gig is for one 8 hour Day of work each Wednesday. The Yard Cleanup and Maintenance Worker may set whatever time that works for them. Once the time is agreed to, the day and time is set. The gig is spending approximately an hour on 7 to 9 properties (normally 7) hosing and cleaning them on the outside. All the properties are located between 3rd and 7th street in DHS. An after photo of the property is required to be sent via text to me. For example: The Yardwork Maintenance Worker sends me a text that he/she is starting work at 8am as follows. Payments are made as follows: 1) The end of each day only if the Handyman is still on the Job Site, or 2) Mailed to the Yardwork Maintenance Worker within 24 to 48 hours, or 3) Placed into a lock box for access of the worker, or 4) Paid via Zelle The ideal Yard Cleanup and Maintenance Worker (aka Independent Contractor) has: * His/her own tools and pickup truck transportation (100 to 150 ft of hose, shovels, rakes, hoes, brooms, week eaters, chain saws, wheel barrel, blowers, etc.), * a positive attitude, * Speaks some English, * Works with minimal supervision, * Lives close and/or in DHS, * Has an iphone with facetime, date and timestamp camera app Kindly provide via email your name and phone number when responding to this ad.
