**Availability Required**
Tuesday - Sunday 6am-3pm
**Closed Mondays**
Pay $13 hour
Key Responsibilities:
Washing and Sanitizing:
Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards.
Loading and Unloading Dishwashers:
Loading and unloading dishes and other items into and out of dishwashing machines.
Manual Dishwashing:
Washing delicate items by hand, including glassware and other items that may not be suitable for machine washing.
Cleaning and Sanitizing:
Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen work surfaces, equipment, and storage areas.
Trash and Recycling:
Monitoring and emptying trash cans and recycling receptacles.
Organization:
Keeping the dishwashing area clean and organized, and ensuring proper storage of dishes and other items.
Assisting with Food Preparation:
May assist in food preparation and other tasks as requested by the chef or managers.
Adhering to Sanitation Standards:
Following sanitation and cleaning procedures diligently to maintain a hygienic workspace.
Reporting Issues:
Ensuring dishwashers and other equipment are functioning properly and reporting any issues to the supervisor.

- Physical Stamina:
