CashierCounter Server
s are responsible for:
Welcoming and serving customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
Taking and filing orders from customers who have placed their orders with the wait staff.
Operating the cash register, scanner, scale or the restaurant's computer system.
Ensuring correct meal prices, accepting payments, and issuing receipts or change.
Processing cash, credit card, or debit card transactions.
Answering customer inquiries, offering advice or recommendations, and resolving customer issues or concerns.
Carrying out suggestive selling and promoting the restaurant's products or services.
Reporting to managers and assisting staff with their tasks.
Work Week Details:
May include some weekends and holidays.
Shift rotations.
**Background requirements:**
Candidates must pass a drug screen and background check. (Due to the nature of employer's business, company policy requires that candidates having criminal background will not be considered for employment.)
