Willmar Public Schools is currently seeking applicants for the position of a Second Shift Custodian.
The Custodian plays an essential role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. This position includes responsibilities such as cleaning and sanitizing facilities, performing light maintenance tasks, and ensuring the school environment remains in excellent condition to support daily operations and activities.

Qualifications Required
General knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment.
Willingness to work with and show respect for staff, students, and the general public.
Ability to work independently.
Demonstrated communication skills, patience, and flexibility.
Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
Ability to clean thoroughly.
Ability to understand and follow safety procedures.
