Overview

Naples Grande Beach Resort is seeking to fill our Barista position. Must have extensive customer service skills and experience in specialty coffees.

  • Excellent customer service and computer skills a must.

  • Greets all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness.
  • Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
  • Be familiar with all the resorts services/features and local attractions in order to assist the guest.
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
  • Maintain knowledge of specialty coffee, Starbucks brand, and products as well as the food menu.
  • Answers guest questions about food, beverages, and our facilities accurately and in a friendly.
  • Does side work during non-busy hours.
  • Provides the highest level of service in accordance with our standards.
  • Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
  • Clean and reset counters as guest departs.
  • Reports to work as scheduled, in uniform, and ready to be in position.
  • Maintains professional relationships with all co-workers.
  • Follows checklists and standard operating procedures.
  • Performs duties as assigned.
  • Constantly increasing knowledge of food, beverages, and other products and services.
  • Responsible for constant sanitation, organization, and proper food handling.
  • Prepares work area for either opening, mid-shift, or closing in accordance with company standards.
  • Punches clock in full uniform, ready to work, and no earlier than five minutes prior to shift.
