**MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 6 months work experience in a customer service position, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Assist our VIP Guests with requests for room reservations, event reservations and special room blocks as requested.
- Input all required information into the Casino Tracking system to ensure Guests are appropriately coded to events.
- Excellent oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and professional behavior to effectively handle all issues, which may be sensitive in nature.
- Ability to communicate and listen effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES**:
- Serve as a vital link between Room reservations, the Casino department and the Sales department at the individual properties.
- Answer all incoming calls to the Casino/Group/Wholesale phone lines from outside or within the company.
- Position duties encompass all aspects of great Guest service when assisting both our internal and external Guests with incoming calls, and inquiries regarding rooms, group masters, and Casino information.
- Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures.
