Thoroughly clean the kitchen according to standards, ensuring it is ready for the next day's service.
Regularly inspect and rotate ingredients to uphold quality and minimize waste.
Monitor stock levels and proactively communicate anticipated shortages to the appropriate team members.
Anticipate the needs of customers, the kitchen line, team members, and the restaurant to ensure smooth operations.

Demonstrate proven experience as a cook with a track record of success.
