The Complimentary Food and Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and ensuring food and beverage inventories are controlled. This position is essential for delivering positive guest experience while adhering to brand and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management.
- Ensure timely and proper completion of breakfast service according to checklist and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and food preparation areas.
- Perform opening and closing side work according to standards for efficient service.
- Ensure compliance with certification requirements (Food Handlers, Safety, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation.
- Ensure proper stocking and timely replenishment of food and beverage items in guest areas.
- Ensure work areas and front-of-house are kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices to meet brand standards.
