Maintenance / Janitor Worker

Currently seeking reliable individuals for Outside Maintenance/Janitor positions in the Bradenton area for beautiful mobile home park. Duties include: Clean up of all exterior grounds/clubhouse, including trash, walkways, and parking areas, pressure washing, sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, light painting, and light maintenance.

Full-time (M-F 7:30am - 3:30pm) and part-time positions available. Pay is $17.00/hour. Could start as soon as next week.
Full Time workers entitled to paid holidays off, PTO time and benefits.

Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to work outside in the heat & lift 50lbs.
Must be available for an interview at our office in Sarasota
*Must be punctual
