Kaseya is looking for a BCDR Concierge to become an instrumental part of our sales and customer success teams, providing expert guidance and support to clients seeking Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Solutions.

As a BCDR Concierge at Kaseya, you will:

  • Play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, recommending tailored solutions, and driving successful implementations of Kaseya's innovative security products and services.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Solutions, working closely with the sales and customer success teams to assess client requirements and recommend suitable solutions from Kaseya's product portfolio.
  • Have a deep understanding of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery concepts that will enable you to conduct product demonstrations, lead technical discussions, and ensure successful solution deployments.
  • Have a customer-centric approach and ability to build strong relationships so you can provide an exceptional experience for our valued clients.
  • Have strong knowledge of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Solutions to enable partners to drive more revenue.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Diligently follow-up on all account management generated leads as assigned.
  • Constant learning to build and maintain product and industry knowledge.
  • Be adept at providing high-level product demonstrations and able to handle client inquiries.
  • Conduct business-oriented discussions with prospects about how our software will benefit their organization.
  • Provide accurate forecasting/pipeline information to management on a weekly basis
  • Must be a team player who is a self-starter and can perform under pressure and with minimum supervision.
  • Consistently exceed monthly quotas
  • Consistent communication with prospects via phone and email

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of proven inside sales experience with a strong track record of success
  • Technical knowledge or experience in software sales
  • Expertise in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery solutions
  • A solid technical understanding of software, hardware, and applications (SQL, Exchange, SharePoint), virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix), and operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent phone etiquette, high energy, and enthusiasm
  • A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a phone-based environment
  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Experience selling to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or working within MSPs is a plus
  • Exceptional time management, self-motivation, and organizational skills
  • A demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities and leverage internal and external resources effectively
  • Proven ability to manage a sales process, from identifying opportunities to negotiating and closing deals, by understanding the customers buying process
  • A personal commitment to continuous professional development
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, or equivalent
  • A university degree is preferred, but not essential
