Salary: $48,000- $55,000 What You Will Do:
  • Lead, train, and inspire engineering teams to be proactive, responsive, and guest-focused.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance programs and capital projects like a pro (with help from our Capital team).
  • Troubleshoot building systems, from HVAC to lighting to whats that sound?
  • Manage budgets, control expenses, and help shape long-term capital plans.
  • Keep safety front and centerfrom MSDS to Lockout/Tagout to fire code compliance.
  • Own loss prevention, risk management, and compliance across your properties.
What Were Looking For:
  • 3+ years of engineering experience: Youve climbed the ranks and know how to keep a building running like a well-oiled machine.
  • Strong regulatory knowledge: You speak OSHA, ADA, NFPA, and EPA fluentlyand make sure your team does too.
  • Capital planning & P&L experience: You understand the dollars behind the decisions and plan for both today and tomorrow.
  • Hotel background preferred: Youve got the people and maintenance skills of an orchestra conductor.
  • Certifications in HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, or electrical systems: Credentials count, especially when youre leading by example.
  • Comfort with tech and CMMS systems: You can run a building and a dashboard at the same time.
