Bartender & Host

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic BARTENDER to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience.

Also we are currently seeking exceptional Maitre d / Greeter (HOST) candidates to join our service team. Energy, poise, and an elevated sense of personal style are important. Upscale restaurant experience can be a plus, but these roles are adaptable to candidates from all background

Responsibilities (Bar)

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies; assist with ordering as necessary.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system; process payments efficiently.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
Stay informed about drink specials, menu items, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain high standards of hygiene.
Experience in hospitality or bartending is preferred; familiarity with Aloha POS is a plus.
Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
A passion for mixology and willingness to learn new techniques and recipes.
