Ops is a pizza and wine-focused dine-in restaurant. Our original location is in Brooklyn. We are opening a new location in the EAST VILLAGE.
We serve naturally fermented pizza with naturally fermented wine and cocktails. Casual/friendly/professional swift paced bistro-style service. Looking for full-time and part-time staff.
2 years minimum experience required for ALL positions (except runner/busser). Preferably in NYC establishments.
BARTENDERS - must be accustomed to full dinner service while bartending, organized/clean/efficient/jiggered bartending skills, classic cocktail knowledge, wine knowledge required, familiar with dining steps of service, familiar with food safety and allergy awareness, calm under pressure, multi-tasking skills, cash handling skills, friendly and fun attitude
SERVERS - organized, friendly, detail-oriented, wine service knowledge required with a keen interest in wine, familiar with food safety and allergy awareness, calm under pressure, multi-tasking skills, heavy emphasis in teamwork and strong work ethic.
EXPO - organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, strong multi-tasking skills, expo or kitchen experience, familiar with food safety protocols
RUNNER/BUSSER - must be ready for a fast-paced work environment, be calm under pressure, have strong multi-tasking skills, with an emphasis on teamwork
