Job Summary:
The Patient Services Coordinator I will be responsible for facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records. Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role is advantageous

Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments and procedures in accordance with providers' schedules
- Answer and direct patient inquiries both in person and over the phone
- Verify patient insurance coverage and collect co-payments
- Maintain patient records accurately and ensure confidentiality
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
