Join Our Team as an evening Facility Custodian Worker!

Location: Chestnut Ridge Counseling Services, Inc. (CRCSI)

Position Type: Full-Time | Multi-Site | Hands-On | Evening Hours with Shift Differential (3pm to 11pm)

What You'll Do:

As a Facility Custodian Worker, you'll be the heartbeat of our buildings-ensuring that every CRCSI location is clean, functional, and inviting. Your role will include:

Janitorial Duties

• Daily cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Restocking and sanitizing restrooms
• Trash removal and quarterly deep cleans (windows, pressure washing, etc.)

Maintenance Tasks

• Painting, flooring, and construction upkeep
• Equipment and building maintenance

Groundskeeping

• Lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal
• Tree trimming, weed control, and seasonal upkeep

What We're Looking For:

• A reliable, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic
• Experience in janitorial, maintenance, or groundskeeping preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel between CRCSI sites as needed

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Education: High school diploma

Experience: No experience required, one year or more in food service or custodial work preferred.

Other Requirements: PA State Clearance, FBI Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance, and Mandated Reporter training.
