Position Summary: Our front desk guest service providers interact with all guests to meet expectations and create repeat customers. Essential Functions: Greet Guests warmly, assist with guest expectations, needs and questions Knowledge of hotel services and local attractions Process inbound telephone calls in a friendly and efficient manner Technical needs include handling reservations, checking guests in/out, billing transactions and handling monies Interact with co-workers in a friendly and helpful manner Act as advocate for other departments (housekeeping, engineering and food & beverage) Follow in-house procedure to help ensure the security of guests and employees. Know hotel emergency procedures. Assist with front office cleanliness, inventory supplies and manage market operations Assist in guest shuttle needs Skills and Abilities: Servant attitude towards others, guests and co-workers Excellent communication Ability to stand for extended periods of time Willingness to help others Willing to learn and grow in other areas of the hotel operation The hourly pay range for this position is $15 to $17.This company is an equal opportunity employer.
