• Prepare and cook pizza to the desired specifications by the customers
• Ensure that food quality and presentation meet our standards
• Manage food costs and portion control
• Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu planning
• Adhere to special dietary needs and restrictions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Required Skills:

• Pasta preparation
• Experience in stretching dough 
• Plate presentation
• Portion control
• Scratch cooking experience

Nice to Have Skills:

• Italian cuisine knowledge
• Sauce-making expertise
• Bread baking skills
• Knife skills
• Food quality assurance

Salary:

• Minimum: $15.00 per hour
• Maximum: $22.00 per hour
