As a Bartender, you’ll be a key part of delivering memorable dining moments through curated beverages, genuine hospitality, and engaging service.

This role is ideal for an experienced bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong product knowledge, and enjoys creating connections with guests through personalized service.

Key Responsibilities\:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests and servers following standard recipes.

  • Engage guests in a welcoming and professional manner, providing recommendations and personalizing the experience.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and inventory.

  • Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and verify guest identification when necessary.

  • Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.

  • Monitor guest behavior and ensure a safe and positive environment.

  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies throughout service.

  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned, including cash handling and daily reports.

  • Work collaboratively with the Osteria Sierra team to deliver seamless service.

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous bartending experience required, preferably in a full-service or fine dining setting.

  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be at least 21 years old.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Alcohol awareness certification preferred (e.g., TIPS or equivalent).
