Sous chef needed for contemporary American restaurant. We maintain a 4.5 to 4.7 on Opentable. Our food is modern but approachable. Necessary qualifications include good food knowledge, knife skills, excellent saute skills as well as the ability to work other stations as needed. Creativity in this style of food is a huge bonus. Plating of most dishes is precise so a good plating eye and attention to detail is important. Keeping the kitchen organized and clean is also important. Chef has a history of AAA four diamonds.
