The Estacada School District is hiring dynamic and dependable individuals to join our Facilities team as Custodians . Whether you're looking for full-time stability or a flexible part-time schedule , we have a place for you!

What We’re Hiring:

• Full-Time Custodian : 40 hours per week
• Part-Time Custodian : Up to 25 hours per week
• Schedule : Year-round, Monday through Friday (occasional weekends)
• Shift : Afternoon/evening hours ending around midnight

What You’ll Do:

• Clean and maintain classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and school facilities.
• Support minor maintenance tasks such as painting, floor refinishing, and small repairs.
• Assist with special projects during school breaks.
• Help create a positive and welcoming school environment for students and staff.

• Reliable and self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work the swing shift (afternoon to midnight).

Terms of Employment:

Up to 260 days - Part Time up to 5 hours per day, Full Time up to 8 hours per day . Member of the Classified Union. Salary and placement will be in accordance with the FY25/26 Classified Agreement's salary schedule Grade G. Health Benefits are available for these positions.
