Maintenance worker/Groundsman

We are a small property located in the Fondren area of Jackson, MS looking to hire a PART TIME person from 9am-12pm. This person will be responsible for keeping the grounds clean and picked up daily. This person will also assist with light maintenance consisting of painting units, trashing out units and preparing the units for new tenants. The position will pay $16/hr.
