Porter/Groundskeeper

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Groundskeepers/ Porters for upcoming opportunities in the Jacksonville, Fl area.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience as follows:

Trash pick-up daily
Sweep halls and curbs
Check hall lights once a week
Water grounds every day in season
Vacuum/rake leaves as needed
Help clean common areas, and apartments when needed
Assist and support the Maintenance team as requested

Qualifications:

Previous experience in residential maintenance - apartments, hotels or private homes
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to handle physical workload
