**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Washing Dishes and Utensils:** Efficiently clean and sanitize dishware, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment. Ensure all items are spotless and ready for use.

- **Maintaining Cleanliness:** Regularly clean kitchen floors, counters, and surfaces, ensuring they are free of debris and spills. Adhere to daily cleaning schedules and operational standards.

- **Organizing Kitchen Supplies:** Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated areas, maintaining an organized and functional workspace for the kitchen staff.

- **Waste Management:** Responsibly dispose of garbage and compost, following the restaurant's waste management protocols. Assist in recycling efforts as required.

- **Equipment Maintenance:** Monitor the condition of dishwashing equipment and tools, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.

- **Team Support:** Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure a smooth operation. Assist in food prep or other tasks as directed during peak hours.

- **Health and Safety Compliance:** Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Participate in any relevant training sessions.

- **Inventory Management:** Assist in monitoring and managing stock levels of cleaning supplies. Notify management when reorders are necessary to avoid shortages.

**Qualifications:**

- **Experience:** Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required. We provide on-the-job training for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

- **Skills:** Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in handling dishwashing equipment safely and effectively.

- **Physical Requirements:** Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks. Must be able to work in a hot and humid environment.
