Barista

SAGE Dining Services is seeking two experienced and enthusiastic Baristas to join our dynamic dining team at a prestigious private college in Chambersburg, PA.

We are hiring for two shifts-one AM and one PM position-Monday through Friday. If you thrive in both independent and team settings, deliver exceptional customer service with a smile, and have a passion for food and hospitality, this opportunity is for you.

As a Barista, you'll craft high-quality coffee and espresso drinks to order, prepare and assemble a variety of short-order menu items such as burgers and paninis, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Your warm and professional interactions with guests will help create a positive dining experience, and you'll also lend a hand in other areas of food service as needed. We're looking for candidates with previous experience as a barista and/or short-order cook, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
