Housekeeper
Position Summary: Responsible for maintaining a safe, hygienic, and sanitary environment in buildings assigned by immediate supervisor.

Minimum Education and/ or Professional Qualifications/Skills
+ High School Diploma/GED
+ Valid Drivers License
Pay and benefits
+ 105 hours of paid time off your first year, not including an additional 13 agency holidays.
+ Access to life, dental and medical insurance.
+ 401k with up to 3% agency matching.
+ $16.00 -16.81/hr your first year. Additional raises guaranteed.
+ Join our company, where over 30% of our staff have been with us for 10 years or more.
+ Monday - Friday, 8:00a - 4:00p.
Basic duties: 1. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, locker rooms, kitchens, and health office daily, as applicable. Check soap and paper dispensers daily and refill as needed. 2. Clean, vacuum and dust offices and common areas. Perform high and low dusting weekly. 3. General floor maintenance: sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming. 4. Sanitize hand contact points including phones, door handles and switch covers. 5. Spot clean doors, glass, walls, and carpets as needed. 6. Assist with refuse removal. 7. Assist with major cleaning tasks such as washing windows, walls etc. 8. Attend to emergency housekeeping. 9. Request supplies and make recommendations for replacement of items beyond repair. 10. Maintain all work areas and equipment to be safe and sanitary. 11. Attend all mandatory in-service training and regularly attend supervision meetings. Attend other training and in- services as needed to maintain a level of expertise in the field. 12. Any additional duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
