Adecco is hiring a dedicated Facilities Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our dynamic work environment. In this role, you'll be essential in ensuring our warehouse, production areas, break rooms, offices, and restrooms are spotless and well-maintained. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and ismitted to upholding our high standards
Pay Rate: $20.00 /Hr
Location: Onsite (Lima, OH)
Shift: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
Type: Temp to hire
Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across various areas of our site.
Conduct some light maintenance tasks, such as painting and scraping.
Operate a floor scrubber when needed.
Ad strictly to all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements, including performing tasks safely, attending required meetings and training, and reporting any unsafe conditions.
Complete other duties as assigned to support the team.
What You'll Bring:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
One (1) year of prior work experience in a similar role is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail is critical for this position.
Excellentmunication skills are a must.
The ability to work hours necessary toplete assigned tasks, including overtime and a willingness to work a non-Monday-Friday work week as needed.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand for the duration of your shift and have the ability to reach overhead and bend.
You'll be required to wear steel-toed boots as part of your Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
