Medical Receptionist Admin - Washington, DC
Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (1-Hour Lunch)

SNI Companies is seeking a polished and professional Medical Receptionist Admin to join our healthcare team in Washington, DC. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and excels at multitasking and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service
Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and internal events
Organize and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
Assist with invoicing and QuickBooks (preferred)
Perform detailed data entry and database management
Support credentialing and insurance verification for staff and vendors
Draft and respond to professional emails and manage phone communications
Qualifications:
Prior experience in administrative or receptionist roles
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable handling confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
Knowledge of QuickBooks and mailroom operations is a plus
Note: Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role.
