Chatti, the celebrated South Indian cuisine restaurant by renowned Indian celebrity chef Regi Mathew , is expanding its leadership team!

We are currently looking for Experienced Head Runners who can take charge on the floor with confidence and excellence. As a Head Runner, you will play a key role in expediting food, coordinating service flow, and ensuring every guest receives flawless, attentive service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and organize the service team during busy shifts.

  • Ensure each dish is expedited to perfection with attention to presentation and timing.

  • Oversee and assist with table maintenance, guest needs, and service flow.

  • Work closely with kitchen, management, and front-of-house staff to deliver seamless guest experiences.

  • Maintain the highest standards of detail, professionalism, and hospitality.

What Were Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a head runner, floor captain, or expeditor in a high-end or upscale dining environment.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Absolute attention to detail and a passion for guest satisfaction.

  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining grace and efficiency.

  • Knowledge or passion for Indian cuisine is a plus.
