Goodwind's Restaurant DISHWASHER
DESCRIPTION
The Dishwasher works collaboratively with all restaurant staff to maintain cleanliness standards and deliver exceptional service.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains a clean kitchen
• Properly washes and sorts dirty dishes
• Keeps dish area free of clutter and organizes
• Maintains the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves
• Preps food as needed
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED
• Hospitality related kitchen experience preferred
• Food handlers card/certification a plus
• Self-motivated with a high energy level
• Ability to plan and multi-task
• Skilled in customer service and verbal communication
• Ability to be flexible and work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and possible overtime

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Able to reach, bend, stoop and wipe
• Able to carry trays or supplies weighing 10-30 lbs
