The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add an experienced, motivated lead cook to our higher education team in Morgantown, WV. As a lead cook, you will have the opportunity to handle and prepare food while training and supervising a team of exceptional foodservice professionals.
What you'll be doing:- Overseeing and participating in the preparation of food items.
- Adhering to recipes while maintaining a neat, clean, and safe work environment.
- Following safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Controlling food and inventory costs.
Must-haves:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent multitasking, leadership, and communication skills.
Nice-to-haves:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in culinary arts or a related field
