THE JOB:
As an Intermediate Cook , you will play a vital role in our kitchen, where your knowledge of food products and enthusiasm for service will set the stage for unforgettable guest experiences. From putting away orders to line serving and kitchen prep work, you will be the heartbeat of our culinary team, creating WOW memories that guests will carry far beyond their stay. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Ensure requisitions are processed properly and placed in designated area

  • Maintain solid knowledge of food products

  • Identify and safely use kitchen equipment

  • Regularly run for food and restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service

  • Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation

  • Assist the pantry worker, cook, master cook and chef as needed in execution of service

  • Work as a team, assist guests and employees with their needs and inquiries

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Comfortable in a restaurant kitchen and with the use of culinary tools, equipment, and techniques

Pay Rate

The rate for this role is:

$22.50

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
