Full Time or Part Time Housekeeping Position

RiverView Ranch UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP is an all-inclusive luxury guest ranch on the banks of the Clark Fork River where we curate a one-of-a-kind Western ranch experience for our guests. The Housekeeper is an integral part of our guests experience. This position requires interaction with guests so good communication skills are a must. The tasks and duties of this position requires individuals who are hard-working with strong work ethics and are willing to work long hours with flexibility, a team spirit and a positive can-do attitude. You will ensure that the various needs of our guests are met during their stay on the ranch. Kitchen cleanup and the cleaning of ranch accommodations.

The Housekeeper is responsible for:
* Daily housekeeping for 8 lodge suites, gym, main house, common areas, Lakehouse, office and public areas
* Cleaning showers, toilets, sinks, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes and/or cleaning agents
* Strip and make beds, changing bed linens which may require lifting beds weighing up to 40 pounds
* Guest and ranch laundry (including all linens) and nightly bed turn-downs
* Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges and shelves thoroughly
* Push and pull vacuum throughout entire room and collect and/or pick up trash
* Replenish amenities, linens and supplies in guest rooms
* Visually inspect room for cleanliness and appearance and signify completion of room
* Make sure the housekeeping carts are stocked at the beginning and end of each shift appropriate items
* Return all guest items that have been left behind in lost and found
* Report any items (furniture, lighting fixtures, etc.) that are broken or need to be exchanged

Minimum qualifications include:
* Positive attitude and acknowledge and greet all guests as you meet them around the ranch
* Respect the guests personal property and privacy
* Accomplish all daily assigned tasks
* Ability to continuously lift 25 pounds
* Ability to work while constant kneeling, standing and walking, extending arms over head, bending and stooping
* Safe handling of cleaning chemicals
* Ability to push a loaded cart
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Good physical condition and able to work a minimum of 8 hours per day
