Craft pizzeria in downtown Auburn is looking for a full time prep cook. We prep the vast majority of our menu from scratch daily in small batches, from house made sausage, all sauces, fresh herbs, local produce, and 100% sourdough pizza dough. The position will be responsible for pizza dough production, managing the prep list and production with the assistance of the owner and PM cooks. We are a small shop but we do quite a bit of prep so experience with completing a volume of prep quickly is required. Fun environment to work in with a small staff, and a seasonally changing menu.
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Saturday/Sunday off.
Requirements:
-Must work well with others and be friendly!
-At least 2 years relative experience.
-Sufficient knife skills.
-Must work clean and organized.
-Good at stocking and rotating product.
-Food handlers card.
