Bilingual Receptionist

Busy Family Medicine practice located in National City and Chula Vista.
You will have opportunities to learn new skills from our team of experienced professionals.
We are seeking someone who is friendly with exceptional customer service who is able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The receptionist should demonstrate a warm and approachable disposition to each patient on the phone and in person, providing the best possible first impression. Should be dependable and maintain confidentiality. Previous medical office experience required. Computer and phone skills is a must.
The work hours would be Monday thru Friday 8:00am -5:00pm. Chula Vista / National City area.

Bilingual: English/Spanish a must.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Health insurance verification.
Processing patients intake, scheduling and payments.
Answering the phones.
Processing e-faxes.
Scanning and sort of patient documents in to the Electronic Medical Records.
