Grill Cook

We are seeking an experienced and passionate full-time Grill Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have, but not required, a strong background in grilling techniques and a commitment to producing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for cooking a variety of meats, vegetables, and other menu items while maintaining our standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and grill a variety of foods including meats, seafood, vegetables, and specialty dishes to order according to established recipes and standards
Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and quality standards, adhering to health and safety regulations
Maintain an organized and clean workstation, including proper sanitation and safety measures to prevent food contamination
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours
Follow all food safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe dining experience for guests

Qualifications:
Experience as a Grill Cook or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Knowledgeable of grilling techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations, including food handling and storage practice
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Food Handlers certification is required
