Janitor needed

Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing, wiping, and polishing floors, furniture, fixtures, and machinery

Sanitizing: Disinfecting commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools, and phones

Maintaining: Replenishing toilet paper, soap, and paper towels, replacing air filters, and maintaining HVAC systems

Stocking: Maintaining supply rooms

Inspecting: Performing and documenting routine inspections and maintenance activities

Proven working experience as a janitor.
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets.
Integrity and ability to work independently.

Repairing: Making adjustments and minor repairs on machinery, equipment, and tools

Removing: Removing debris, snow, trash, and recyclables

Maintaining grounds: Cutting grass and trimming bushes

Notifying: Notifying management of deficiencies or needs for repairs
