Pay
Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $46,100 - $62,200 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
Assist management in the daily operations of multiple food and beverage operations
Train, manage and lead team members, ensuring a high quality of service is delivered with a positive team member and guest experience
Ensure strict adherence to federal, state and local regulations governing food safety, sanitation, alcohol, payroll, and employment policies and practices
Assist in preparing sales and operational reports, ordering and inventory management
More about you
Minimum of 3 years managerial or supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment, preferably with prior concessions experience
Excellent verbal, written, organizational and time-management skills
Ability to lead and communicate effectively with team members, creating a positive work environment
Ability to obtain ServSafe Manager, Food Safety Handler, and TABC certifications
Ability to work a flexible schedule to accomodate business levels
No degree required
