The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Suites Runners to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Suites Runner, you will be responsible for expediting food from the kitchen to our guests as quickly as possible.
Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn't include any potential tipped earnings.

What will you do?
Delivers orders from the Suites pantries in an efficient and timely manner to the correct luxury suite
Inquire and ensure guest satisfaction during the event by working with the suite attendant
Provides quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the dining room and kitchen
Bus suites, with the suite attendant's approval, taking empty dishes to the kitchen
Cleans off and wipes down work area and carts at the end of the event
Assist other runners or suite attendants as needed
Assist dessert carts with restocking/serving desserts during the event
Performs other duties as assigned
More about you
Must be at least 16 years old
Excellent guest service skills
Ability to multi-task in many different areas and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions
Physical requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. and ability to push up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand or walk for entire length of shift
Frequent bending, stretching, reaching and walking up and down stairs as the work duties demand
Good mobility to maneuver between tables or within narrow spaces to deliver food to customers
Ability to balance food and beverage on a tray while walking around customers and on stairs
