AVALON Aeropub is a Full-ServiceRestaurant and Bar located inside security on the upper mezzanine level at theRedmond Airport. Our restaurant can seat 88 guests in a modern comfortableenvironment adorned with fine woodwork and upholstery. They enjoy their mealsserved on porcelain while sipping their Oregon Pinot from fine crystal stemware.They love our 8 beer taps that always dispense Central Oregon's current topsellers and our well contains premium liquors that are sure to please. Customers are always commenting that we have thenicest Airport Restaurant they've ever experienced.

Our FOH team is truly amazing.They are all hard-working family people who are good at their jobs. They knowhow to pull together when a push hits and work at that level until it subsides.Our people generally get all the hours they want. We are open 7 days a week andneed people who are happy to work as scheduled. We generally ask people if theywant Friday/Saturday off or Sunday/Monday. We always schedule at least 2 daysoff in a row. Lately our closers have been getting off around 8pm. We are alocal family-owned company that treats our people well. We know and appreciate each and every one of them. Some have been with us a verylong time (10+ years).

Our clientele is an interestingvariety of travelers headed to all parts of the globe. They appreciateexcellent service and have been known to tip well. When was the last time yousaw a $1000.00 tip?

A Professional Bartender Server with 2 years experience (minimum) will earn $25 per hour plus tips.Last pay period our FOH staff averaged $27 per hour in tips. That s an averageof over $52 per hour, plus they're employed year-round;not seasonally. Do the math. What are you waiting for?
