Hiring a Co-Lead Cleaner

Hiring a Co-Lead Cleanscaper position for a boutique cleaning company in the Rogue and Applegate Valleys. Hire must have a long work history, be detailed oriented, thorough, and motivated thru heart-felt service. We serve a wide variety of homes and clients and we need a strong teammate able to maintain the quality of our service, travel within both valleys, and be a dependable lead while co-working with other Cleanscapers. Our co-lead will be able to handle time management amongst teammates, delegate according to strengths on the job site, and provide on-going training to Cleanscapers. A positive attitude and demeanor is very important to us as we uplift the spaces in more ways then just cleaning, we also curate, and infuse the space with a deep gratitude: for the pride of our work, the pleasure of our clients, and the leveling up of vibration of the home/space and items within.
