Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
You will be responsible for assisting with the operation and maintenance at facilities across the state of Oklahoma. Your role will involve traveling to various locations, including Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Lawton, with most of your work centered in Oklahoma City.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate and maintain building systems across multiple locations.
+ Respond to and complete work orders as needed, traveling between Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Lawton.
+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems and facility equipment.
+ Conduct general maintenance troubleshooting in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
+ Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective service delivery.
**Essential Skills**
+ 4+ years of HVAC experience.
+ EPA Certification.
+ Proficiency in general maintenance troubleshooting including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
+ Valid driver's license.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in building maintenance, plumbing, and facilities maintenance.
+ Knowledge of distribution and industrial maintenance.
+ Skills in carpentry and HVAC commercial systems.
