Bartender

FT & PT Bartenders, Sherman.

The Sherman Hotel is hiring Bartenders for both full-time and part-time positions. Pay rate is $11-$12 depending on experience.

Age: Be at least 21 years old, the legal drinking age

Education: Have a high school diploma or GED

Experience: Have at least one year of relevant experience in a bar or similar setting

Skills: Have strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and be able to work well under pressure

Physical ability: Be able to stand for long periods of time

Knowledge: Have a strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and mixed cocktails

Communication: Be able to read and speak English proficiently, and have excellent communication skills

Computer literacy: Be computer literate, and be familiar with POS software

Math: Have basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions
