JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a competent individual to be part of our Security team. This position is our guest's first point of contact and is engaging, yet professional and will ensure persons entering the facility meet the policy guidelines authorizing entry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a continual presence at the assigned entry/exit, providing friendly and efficient service to customers and co-workers as well as deterring inappropriate behavior.
• Use effective customer service/interpersonal skills at all times.
• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude at all times and thanks them upon leaving the property.
• Carefully checks for valid ID's at the door when a potential guest gives the appearance that they may not meet the age requirement to ensure our guests on the gaming floor are of legal age to game.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 years old. Requires a pleasant personality, tact and the ability to work with the public. Requires excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
